About Us

Jessup Stables is a family owned and operated breeding and training stable dedicated to raising Missouri Fox Trotters that can be used for both trail riding and showing.

We have strived to purchase quality fox trotter mares which we match to the best stallions in the breed.  We presently have horses from Southern Sunrise, Southern Playboy, Missouri’s Charming Lad and others.  Our horses carry Southern Jazz, Traveler E, Sensation, Charming Lad, Koscot and other great fox trotting lines.

We plan to remain small so that we can handle and train each of our horses from birth, and to give our customers the personal attention they deserve.
